Prices are per person in US dollars and depend on how many people travel together.
Entrance tickets to the sites on the programme are included.
Not included: tips and drinks.
Optional extras on request: Tutankhamun, Seti I and Nefertari tombs, Sound & Light show, felucca sail — ask us and we add them to your quote.
Prices are confirmed by email before you pay. Higher rates may apply at Christmas, New Year and Easter.

Payment & cancellation

A 25% deposit confirms your booking (50% for Christmas, New Year and Easter). The balance is due as stated in your confirmation.
Cancellations must be sent in writing to [email protected]. Charges are a percentage of the total tour price:

Refunds are made to the original payment method, less a 5% bank fee.
If an official travel warning prevents your trip, you can choose a refund or a new date (only bank fees are deducted).
If a balloon flight is cancelled by the authorities because of the weather, we move you to the next available flight or refund the flight in full.
